Your Website and App accounts are matched automatically based on the same email address within the same regional site. No manual linking is required.

1. Do BLUETTI Bucks expire?
Yes, your BLUETTI Bucks are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account.

No.

3. Can I earn BLUETTI Bucks if I purchase on other platforms?
Yes. 1 US$ = 1 Buck, credited 30 days after delivery.
● On BLUETTI Website or App: Bucks count toward your tier upgrades and exclusive perks.
● Other Platforms: You can still earn Bucks—just submit your order ID and purchase email under "Others" in the Earn Bucks section. These Bucks won't count toward leveling up or extra perks. -
4. What happens to my BLUETTI Bucks if I return the product or cancel my order?
In that case, the BLUETTI Bucks earned from that purchase will be deducted or reversed accordingly. Additionally, BLUETTI Bucks will be adjusted for partial refunds due to price adjustments.

The following expenses are not considered qualifying for BLUETTI Bucks:

No, once you redeem your rewards, cancellations are not possible. If you encounter issues such as damaged products, please contact us at service@bluettipower.com within 7 days for assistance.
