Your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days, and should be with you within 5 working days in UK after being dispatched.

For Shipment to remote areas including Northern Ireland, Guernsey, Isle of Man and Jersey

Note:

• During the busy holiday season, order processing times take longer than usual, and some delays are to be expected.
• If you prefer not to have your neighbor sign for the courier, you may designate to others or yourself by phone or on the courier official website once you get the tracking number, which can prevent any misdelivery.
• BLUETTI is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs duties, delays or loss due to natural disasters, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Forwarding Warehouse Deliveries

If your delivery address is a parcel forwarding warehouse or freight forwarding service, you will be asked to confirm, before we dispatch your order, that you have read and understood this section. Deliveries to such addresses are made at your own request and risk; they are not recommended unless no direct residential or business address is available.

UK package forwarding services, such as Meest, Nova Post, Shopogolic, and NP Shopping, are provided by independent third-party companies. Customers should verify the forwarding warehouse addresses directly through the providers’ official websites. BLUETTI does not endorse, partner with, authorize, or recommend any third-party forwarding service providers.

Once the carrier's official tracking shows that the shipment has been delivered to the forwarding warehouse address that you have designated, our obligation to deliver the goods under the contract is fulfilled and the risk of loss, misplacement, damage, or non-receipt occurring after that point passes to you.

We strongly encourage you to use a residential or business address under your direct control whenever possible. If you choose a forwarding warehouse, you are responsible for ensuring that the address is correct and that the forwarding service is reliable.

Returns from Forwarding Warehouses

If you wish to return goods and you originally used a forwarding warehouse, you must arrange for the goods to be returned to the return address that we provide. The forwarding warehouse address may not be used as a return collection address. Return shipping and any onward carriage costs are your responsibility unless otherwise required by applicable law. Your statutory right of withdrawal and any warranty rights remain unaffected.
