Yes, your BLUETTI Bucks are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account.

Yes, send us an message with the email address you used in purchasing and we'll help to update your history bucks. You'll get 1 BLUETTI Buck for every purchase of GBP ￡1 on BLUETTI products even from 3rd party platforms. However, only purchase on bluettipower.co.uk will be considered to be eligible for upgrading your level (VIP tier) and exclusive benefits.
