For optimal performance—especially with models like the Elite 200 V2(up to 1000W input, VOC 12–60V, 20A)—series connection is recommended.
It aligns with the input voltage range and helps maximize charging efficiency, supporting up to 3× 350W panels in series. -
- Q6: How many panels can be connected to a BLUETTI power station?
- It depends on your model's input limits, panel specs, and wiring method.
For example, the Elite 200 V2 accepts up to 1000W solar input, with an input voltage range of 12V to 60V and a maximum current of 20A. If you use 100W solar panels with an open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 24.6V and a short-circuit current (Isc) of 5.8A, wiring these panels in series is best to maximize charging efficiency.
Series connection increases voltage while current stays about the same. Calculating the max number of panels: 60V ÷ 24.6V ≈ 2 panels in series (total voltage 49.2V, below the 60V limit) Current stays at 5.8A (below the 20A limit) Total power: 2 × 100W = 200W (below the 1,000W max input)
So, you can safely connect up to two 100W panels in series to the Elite 200 V2. -
