Yes. Contact BLUETTI with the email address used for your purchase, and they will help update your Bucks balance. Purchases made through our site earn 1.17 BLUETTI Buck for every £1 spent on BLUETTI products. However, only purchases made on bluettipower.co.uk count toward membership tier upgrades and exclusive benefits.

4. What happens to my BLUETTI Bucks if I return the product or cancel my order?
The BLUETTI Bucks earned from that purchase will be deducted or reversed. Bucks will also be adjusted for partial refunds resulting from price adjustments.
