Excellent item thats perfect for keeping my powerchair charged whilst travelling.

This is the first power station I owned and I bought it to replace a diy solar kit I made. I went for this model as it was within my price bracket and the specifications looked just about powerful enough to do my job. I really should have gone bigger and here is why.

1. When left on standby power stations will use power. On the specifications the Elite 30 v2 is listed at using 4.5w when AC and DC are switched off. The one I received uses 8.5w. I emailed BLUETTI who informed me that they usually use 9w so my figures looked ok.

It’s winter and between the dull skys and the position of my solar panel the most I’ve managed to charge in one day is 10%. I’ve resorted back to using my diy kit for charging as it uses very little power and everything from the panel can be put through to my devices whereas when using my BLUETTI most if not all of my solar input is going to replace the power that the station is using.

2. I was unaware that BLUETTI advise to keep the battery charge between 20% and 80%. This is true of most brands of power stations as it helps the health of the battery. If you follow this rule of thumb you only have 60% of the batteries watt hours stated to use. Ie. 288wh becomes 174wh. This being the case I should have looked for a 400wh or above to give a useable 288wh whilst being kind to the battery.

These annoyances aside I love the power station I should be able to get around the charging problem by installing a second solar panel and relocating them higher to catch more sun. (Although the panel I have would be plenty come summer time).

The screen is easy read and the app was easily linked via both Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. From within the app you can turn the dc and ac ports on or off, set charging times and maximum/minimum charging percentages.

I do love this we unit but wish I had of spent a bit more and got one with a bit more umph.

The size of the little unit really belies its power! Weighing only 9 1/2lbs you can carry it everywhere, and I have!
It’s made hot chocolate for a group of six in the middle of a showground, recharged x5 iPhones and an iPad repeatedly plus camera batteries and an iMac - all this recharging without any issue and with power to spare. It’s SO good I am buying more as Christmas gifts and getting a second for us.
It’s quick to charge on grid and we’re just buying solar panels that can be used with it.

Excellent power station in terms of build quality and performance. When paired with a solar panel, it can be a very good addition to be self sufficient off grid.or, why not, to save some money on your home bill by storing free energy from the sun.

All in all, a good product that is easy to recommend to anyone interested in a compact, capable and not particularly expensive power station

The Elite 30 V2 is a great small machine and does exactly what its described to do. I've had no issues with the actual 2 products I ordered, when I finally received them and I have been using for a few weeks.

Unfortunately I have only given 4 stars as I've twice ordered from Bluetti and twice had issues with delivery of product - all on bluetti side. I would be very hesitant to make a 3rd purchase directly from Bluetti as a result. 1st order was a logistics issue on Bluetti side, incorrectly labelled package, rejected as a result by Fedex and returned. Then coud not send me a new one as out ot stock, took weeks to resolve. 2nd product I ordered, no update and when I queried was then advised it was out of stock, despite being able to order it, no warning of stock issues and no subsequent notification only for I queried myself.

I bought this on my daughter's recommendation and it is good but you need to have a bit of understanding about what DC and AC flows are when to use them and what you need to have selected when solar panel charging. I feel the instructions really need to be more informative and in simple terms for those who don't have an overly tech brain or previous experience of using similar. Thank goodness for my daughter's help and the Bluetti FB group or I would be very confused. Signed Bluetti Novice.
