Fast delivery, but no outer packaging on box. I had to carefully peel off postage labels and clear tape on the lid to access the contents. I was careful because I wanted to retain the box in case I had to return it. It's just as well I did that because I found the AC2P was defective as soon as I plugged it in. There were many error messages even when running a 50w fan and it could not power a 75w fridge. I had to phone customer services who took me through some testing procedures. Eventually I had to upload a video showing the error messages I was getting when in use. They agreed that I could send it back, and I received a prepaid return label by email which I had to print. I had to take the item to the post office for return. Now they have received it and I have to wait up to 5 days for it to be tested. I bought Bluetti because I was told they were a reliable brand. I hope the replacement will not disappoint me.
