BLUETTI EB55 Portable Power Station | 700W 537Wh

I purchased the EB55 during a Bluetti deal and I'm so glad I did. It's been a step into using solar power amongst travels, home, device charging and making use of all that outdoor FREE POWER, even in the UK. 2x 100w mobile solar panels provides a great charge to become a mini off-grid tester. I've displayed the power of the Bluetti EB55 to my family, my friends and club members and everyone has been amazed by it's power, all from such a lightweight small PSU. Fishing trips and caravan travels to caravan site power outages has given the Bluetti EB55 the chance to shine and it's been AMAZING everytime. I'm not addicted to Solar Power use and the next step would be a more self reliant partial off-grid PSU and larger input mobile panels to become a true Bluetti member and wow many more of my clients, family and friends. 5 Stars all the way, Solar Powered Ones of Course ;-) Jason (Somerset UK)

I've had the EB55 for 3 years now and found it to be very useful. I mainly use it for a fridge in the car. However I took a road trip last week and had it plugged in using the supplied car charger XT60 lead which ended up overheating and melting the plug end into the EB55 (photo attached). Now I can only charge up by 240v mains.
So I contacted Bluetti who offered a 5% discount on a new product (same discount for everyone on the website) or a repair that would not be guaranteed. Postage £60 each way and repair cost to be estimated.
Not a great outcome and its dented my confidence in Bluetti

Works very well, easy to use and I am impressed with the number of features including the lithium iron battery. And it has a couple of bonus features I wasn't expecting such as the wireless charging pad and the light on the back.

Saw a couple using your power banks on UTube and thought it would be good to get one complete with tge solar panels.
The unit is great and the solar panels (when we have sin) is a great means of charging.
The massive down on mine is: it is not compatable with your App? So i cannot manage it with my phone!
To me that is a total let down on a great piece of kit.

Great ... still testing it

This is an awesome piece of kit that I use whilst out & about in my campervan, hooks up to my PV120 solar panel and powers the van via the electric hook up.

I used this power station for the first time last weekend and I was highly impressed it done everything I wanted it to do I had plenty of power and the solar panels put the power back into the power station very quickly

Bought for Father's Day for my family in Ukraine for £369, now the price is £349...for that money I could buy an EB70 right now! It is not fair to profit from customers, they are sitting there without electricity due to Russian aggression. I understand that this is a price policy, but we become a victim in our country and lose money here. It's not nice to pretend it's a discount, but it's actually not, but an inflated price. Shame on you!

It has a good power base and has proven to be useful in many of my activities

Having some issues with solar input after a year's use, but the discussion is still ongoing with support who are being helpful, so can't call this an issue yet!
