A1: Yes, BLUETTI still provides complete after-sales service and technical support for all discontinued products under warranty you can contact us at sale-uk@bluettipower.com.

A2: Some accessories (e.g. adapters, car charger cables, extended batteries) can still be purchased on our accessories page or customer service channel, depending on stock availability. We recommend placing your order as early as possible.

A3: No. Product discontinuation is usually due to product iteration or market update. Our newer products offer significant improvements in performance, compatibility and experience.

A4: These models have been officially discontinued and are no longer available through our official website or authorised retail channels. For recommendations on replacement models with similar features, please refer to the Discontinued Products List below or contact our customer service team. Below are some examples:

A6: If your product is still within its warranty period, we shall provide complimentary repair or replacement services. Should your product be out of warranty, we offer paid repair options as well as discounted upgrade programmes. A7: Products with App connectivity (e.g. AC200MAX) will continue to function with the BLUETTI App as normal, even after discontinuation.
